The Law Offices of Rios, Parada & Seañez PLLC is a local law firm that focuses on personal injury, immigration, and family law. Our law firm houses three dedicated attorneys who have a long commitment to the issues of immigration, family law, and personal injury. All of our attorneys attended the prestigious Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. Like the legacy of Thurgood Marshall himself, we began the law firm with the intent of upholding the law and the Constitution of the United States while fighting for the rights of everyone.

Meet Our Attorneys
Ricardo J. Rios
Attorney Ricardo J. Rios is a native of El Paso, Texas. He graduated from Coronado High School and continued his studies at the University of Texas at El Paso. There, he completed a double major in Business Management and Marketing. Like his partners, Mr. Rios earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas. He graduated Magna Cum Laude. He is thrilled to be able to provide his community with the best legal representation in the areas of criminal law, personal injury claims, and immigration services.

Tony E. Parada
Attorney Tony E. Parada was born and raised in Huntsville, Texas. He graduated from Huntsville High School with a goal of serving the law. After high school, he decided to attend college at Sam Houston State University. He graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice and decided to follow this lifelong passion of law. He did this by attending Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where he completed his Juris Doctorate.
Eventually, he began to narrow the focus of his law career, deciding on immigration law. After graduation, he joined an immigration firm in Houston, TX. At this firm, he gained practical litigation experience in legal immigration proceedings. After learning all he could during this experience, he decided to open a private practice of his own in Houston. Maintaining a strong focus on immigration issues, Tony E. Parada moved to El Paso. He then took up his current role as the immigration specialist at The Law Offices of Rios, Parada & Seánez, PLLC

Gabriel Andres Seañez
Gabriel Andres Seañez is from El Paso, Texas and primarily practices immigration law. As an associate for The Law Offices of Rios, Parada & Seañez PLLC, Mr. Seañez practices deportation defense including asylum, cancellation of removal, and finding relief for special immigrant juveniles. He handles matters involving citizenship, provisional waivers, and adjustment of status. Additionally, he finds solutions to matters involving personal injury, and criminal defense.
Mr. Seañez graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso with a B.A. in Political Science. He then attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law in Houston, Texas, and graduated Cum Laude in 2014. While at Thurgood Marshall, he was a student-attorney in the Immigration Clinic. Mr. Seañez prepared an appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals involving a Cancellation of Removal issue. The Board remanded the case to the Immigration Judge based on Mr. Seañez’s advocacy. During his time in law school, he spent time clerking and working for two other law firms in the Houston area. During his downtime, Mr. Seánez enjoys developing his chess game and spends time with his family and friends.
